RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free returns!

We will gladly accept a return for any reason if dispatched within 30 days of receipt in the condition in which it was shipped. Please take care to try your shoes on indoors, preferably on carpet, and to avoid scuffing the outsoles.

We only accept returns and exchanges from our website. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you believe you have an issue or defect with your OAK TREE FARMS purchase, please contact us immediately. 

To return an item, please contact customer service at csupport@oaktreefarms.com to start the return process:

1) You will receive prepaid shipping label to send the product back,
2) Drop off your package at UPS carrier,
3) Upon inspection, credit will be refunded in the form of your original method of payment and will include any taxes paid.
Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
